SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Three members of the Union College football earned D3football.com accolades with spots on the All-Region 2 Team, the website announced on Wednesday.

Senior tackle Tim Driscoll earned a spot on the All-Region First Team while senior running back Ike Irabor and first-year wide receiver Nicholas Dunneman were recognized with All-Region Third Team honors.

Driscoll and Irabor are the first two Dutchmen to earn three All-Region recognitions since the award's inception in 2005.

Driscoll moved up to the first team after earning All-Region Second Team honors in 2019 and 2021. The senior, a three-time D3football.com Preseason All-American, started every game at left tackle. Driscoll did not allow an individual sack and anchored a line that allowed only eight as a team in 10 games. The Union offense racked up 212.2 rushing yards per game on the way to an average of 415.6 yards of offense per game.

Irabor is the first four-time All-Liberty League first-team selection in Union football history. The three-time All-Region and 2019 All-American led the Liberty League in rushing touchdowns and total touchdowns this season. Irabor finished the regular season ranked 23rd in Division III in rushing yards per carry. The senior finished his career third in career rushing yards (3,626), third in rush attempts (696), second in rushing touchdowns (47), seventh in yards per rush (5.20), and sixth in rushing yards per game (93.0).

Dunneman made an immediate impact in the Union lineup in his rookie campaign. The first-year was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Year and was the only first-year on the All-Liberty League First Team. Dunneman was named the Liberty League Offensive Player of the Week once and the Liberty League Rookie of the Week twice. The Montclair, N.J. native led the Liberty League in receiving yards, yards per game and touchdowns. He ranked fifth in Division III among all first-year receivers and sixth in receptions per game. Dunneman hauled in a season-high seven catches and 145 yards for two scores against Hobart. The wide receiver was also a key part on special teams with nine punt returns for 123 yards and a touchdown.
